Ambassador Phung The Long is a career diplomat who has more than three decades working in the Office of the President of Viet Nam and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam. 

Prior to Switzerland, Ambassador Phung The Long was Vietnam’s Consul General to Perth, Australia, and Ambassador of Viet Nam to the State of Qatar.
